Well google does about everything in the book these days and I guess it is time for them to take on phone service.  It is not clear if they will be offering true voip phone service or if they are just going to have the best add-on service ever, but on thing is for sure, google believes the future is in service!

Much like google's apps and email, it is suspected that they will offer a upgraded service to there new "Google Voice" service, but being a miser like me, I will most likely be satisfied with what they have to offer for free.

The new service will give you a singular phone number that can ring any phone you want, making it more of a paging service that phone service, but the possibilities are endless!
