There are so many free clipart sites out there that it is not hard to find free clipart these days.  But what if want to make the small clipart image huge or if you want to change the text on the image?  Well this is pretty hard to do if you are using a small image, if you had a vector based image that could be edited in photo shop, it would be so much easier right?
